FUNctional Physical Therapy, is a preferred provider with several networks and plans. If you do not see us listed under your plan, please call our office as their provider list may not be updated. We also work with a variety of plans Out of Network benefits. We do accept Medicare.

Payment: We will try to make payment plans for those with limited benefits. We accept several forms of payment for visits or copayments.
